The core staff of Protec Solutions, LLC includes some of the most qualified management and operational personnel in the mortgage servicing industry with well over 50 years' experience.
We set out to create a cloud-based technology that would provide users with a simple way to maintain and electronically store documents and data that could be housed in one system for the life of the loan.
This system had to be able to store a MONUMENTAL amount of data and images. It needed to be user friendly and efficient. It also had to provide numerous reporting features to make it fully functional “out of the box”. It was also our intention to eliminate the challenge of managing a project by allowing the client user-specific customization – all without additional programming costs.
One-time data entry carries throughout our cloud-based Document Management System. Users can work from anywhere.
During the events of 2020, our clients were able to quickly work from home with little to no downtime.
Using our years of knowledge and experience, we have created the ultimate mortgage document platform called Touchstone.
